Yes you can swallow it. I forgot to ask and tried to squeeze the whole thing on my tongue for weeks before I had an appointment and then found out I could swallow it. It is so much easier, I should have asked sooner.

I have swallowed it for a long time now with no issues. I think the rule is check first with Dr.B. I recall when SF722 thorne switched from beef gelatin to some other kind- THAT one bothered me back in the day. I don't know how I could tell. So I always get the beef geletin one. I love SF722.
