I am on my second day of trying 1 T of Dannon Natural yogurt. I haven't had dairy in soooo long. To say I am super excited is the absolute truth! I ate my 1 T with a small spoon, and it was heavenly. :) I had no reaction yesterday, and so far no reaction today. I really want to get this into my diet. How should I go about increasing it? For example, should I just stay at 1 T for a couple weeks or slowly increase? How much yogurt do you guys have in one day? Thank you all!

ahhhh yogurt- my ultimate treat! I love it so much. I prefer Fage Total and I eat it several times per week. About a half cup i guess- i don't really know. I put a small amount of frozen blueberries and a few nuts (when I am eating them) I hope you have luck with it!!

Thanks Deir! I remember quite awhile ago you sharing the frozen blueberries blended with the yogurt, and I dream about having that ever since you posted. Maybe soon!

Mrs. A this is great. I read somewhere that greek may be better for us (lower milk sugar, and higher protien). Is there some reason why you chose the Dannon? Also, there are a lot of organic greek yogurts too. I hope you do well, and I highly recommend Greek over the standard plain.

Hi Mimi, I picked the Dannon Natural after talking with someone at their company because it had the lowest amount of different probiotics. I have been reading yogurt cartons for weeks. I have tried the Greek yogurt and had a negative reaction within half an
hour. This is the first time all is calm after trying this specific yogurt. I am so encouraged!
