Human Microbiome

I cannot even begin to say how much of this article I agree with and how wonderful it is. At last the world of research is really coming around to acknowledge the role that our gut bacteria really play in our health and that it is the route of chronic disease and the inflammation driving these many conditions. Sound familiar:) I LOVE LOVE LOVE this article.

Thank you to the many of you who sent it to me.

This is a wonderful read: http://www.nytimes.com/2013/05/19/magazine/say-hello-to-the-100-trillion...

I read another good article on this same subject in the May 2013 issue of Smithsonian Magazine.  The article is about 5 pages long.

Sounds like more and more people are realizing the importance of balancing our guts.
