I am taking Siberian and find that it sticks to the bottom of the cup when i break open the capsule and add water. I started using a straw to suck up the leftovers that are stuck to the cup and it really works well. I just wanted to pass it along incase anyone else has this issue.

This happens to me too. I add the water and then the ginsing, and then I swish the water around the cup a bit at the end to get the last little bit.
