This is my first time on ZGL. How did it affect you?

Hi Mimi,

   I have had ZGL on and off throughout treatment. I really have never noticed a clinical difference when I am taking it.

I usually don't feel anything with ZGL but right now in combination with SF I feel like I have the flu. I would rather the flu than bladder pain though. How are you feeling with your ZGL/SF protocol right now?

ZGL update, it seems fine. I have been adding in digesta-lac which has been a problem for me in the past so there is a lot going on OH and Formula 49 as we are trying to drain bacteria now. Ugh. I tolerate way more than I used to so I guess that is a plus???

If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.

It is always a good sign when you add something back in and you tolerate it better than the last time. I just added back in Bifido, started at 1/4 tab then after 1 week upped it to 1/2 and my frequency went up a little so increaded it to 1 tab and tolerating ok. Last time I used it it tooks months of trying even a few sprinkle aggravated my bladder, it shows how much improvement.
