where are Diet Lists?

Can anyone tell me how to find List 1 etc on the site?

Hi Lola,

I think I remember you from a long time ago?  Anyway - Look at the top tabs - find the one that says "You Found the ICAMA' - and scroll down to diet.  That's where it's now hidden.
