Hey, everyone! I fly out on Wednesday, and my appointment is on Thursday morning! I have a million mixed emotions running through my head right now...anxious, excited, scared. I have been so emotional the past week. I keep going back and forth on whether or not I've made the right decision. I am ready to get better, but so scared this program won't work for me. I feel as if I've been let down so many times, I'm just not sure I can go through it again. I wish I could just hit fast forward to a year from now! I want to make sure I ask all the right questions, and don't miss anything important. Any last minute tips/advice? Any restaurant recommendations while I'm there?

I sure hope so, Cathy! I've been doing the diet for over 2 months, and I've already noticed a difference! I'm going to try and take things one day at a time, and try to stay positive!
