Yes, it's embarassing but I need help LOL.  Since my first appintment isn't for a few more weeks, I was hoping that one of you might know of a safe athlete's foot remedy.  I know Matia doesn't like topical anit-fungal cremes and am looking for an alternative.

Tea Tree oil is good but may really bother your symptoms. My son Nate has one spot of ring worm right now and I've been using a combo salve that's working well. Tea Tree oil is one of the ingredients. I've been meaning to email Matia to ask her about it and will ask about this as well. I'll let you know. Tammy

Matia says this works wonders. I would try a little on your  foot to see if you have any increased pain. You could try to dilute it with olive oil. Messy I know. Maybe get some cotton booties that can be trashed after it's gone. Tammy

Athlete's foot is just a sign of your body being out of balance. Before my son started with Matia he used to get terrible cases of athlete's foot, since starting with her he's only had it once and it was short lived. I seem to remember Matia recommending goldenseal mixed in with jojoba oil. Carol

Hi Sharon: when I began treatment with Matia I had 2 toes with nails thick and deformed by fungus. As treatment progressed I was amazed to see an improvement. The nails are now normal. I  hadn't connected this with  yeast overgrowth...duh! Just to let you now this will likely improve when you begin treatment.
