Do any of you ever get pretty intense sensations in your chest, like a cross between a chest cold feeling and heart palpitations? i know that is a terrible description, but it's so hard to explain. if you've ever lived by the ocean, you might know a sensation called "sea cough" (not really a cough) - well it feels like that sort of when you breath in. Was having it SUPER strong today - very strange feeling because it doesn't develop into a cough or a cold or anything. it just kind of sits there in my chest. Figure it's some kind of cleansing process, but curious about anyone else's experience with it. sorry for the pathetic attempt at a description!

I have been dealing with this for the past month. It is starting to get better and Matia tells me it is very common. She was suprised i hadn't had it before. It is something about the lymph system not working well and just poor cirulation. I wouldn't worrie to much about it when you get started in treatment just let her know so she can adress it with the herbs. :)
im having these weird chest
im having these weird chest feelings. i notice it especially when im sleeping ill get awaken by these feelings of pressure and kind of like water running down my chest feeling. i also have a hard time breathing. im wondering if this is all due to my history of asthma and its a layer of cleansing my lungs?

thanks for the feedback on this. my weird chest feelings went away after a few days. seems like it might have been a result of the herb change matia had had me make. she said it is a "classic die off" symptom, so i guess it was a phase of more intense cleansing for me. anyway, just saw your note torey, so wanted to throw out some reassurance that it will pass. you know the funny thing is that these days when i'm NOT having any weird die off symptoms, i find myself more frustrated than when i do cause then i wonder "hey, what's going on in there? are you herbs taking care of business or what?" talk about head games. this disease/treatment process would almost be comical if it didn't suck so bad.
