I noticed a few months ago that some of you had sent letters and submitted things online to the Oprah show. I recently was able to talk to a woman I know who is one her producers. I gave her a letter for Oprah and some information about IC and Matia's treatment. (I did get Matia's blessing before I did it!) Anyway, now would be a good time for as many people as possible to send in letters and write to the website. It would be great to create some awareness about IC and Matia's treatment. Thank you!

Hi, I actually am just about to send a letter about my "IC story" to a friend who is a producer at Nightline (ABC). Her friend is a producer for Harpo and I will send one to her as well. I agree that Oprah NEEDS to do a show on IC, no matter what. It's affecting too many women out there not to bring it to the forefront of women's health topics.
Let's hope with some of these connections we'll get the word out!

There isn't really a website I could find, though I suppose you could try to go to Oprah.com and contact a producer. Or maybe Harpo has their own website? Also, I thought about looking on facebook (I'm an Oprah fan on there) and contacting a producer that way. I have a contact/friend as I mentioned at ABC who knows a HARPO producer, so I'm trying to go that route. We'll see!
