weird breakout

i feel weird saying this lol, but has anyone had random breakouts like around their butt area? really weird and gross!

I think I have heard a lot of whacky stuff and this doesn't sound weird at all.  Although I don't get it, my daughter who has the beginning stages of IC does.  She is 4.5 but right before she has to poop, she gets this crazy red and almost crusty rash.. all inflamed and then after she poops, it dies down.  I can always tell when she has to poop!
 
On an unrelated note... How is your hair?  I have been in treatment off and on for 4 years and all of the sudden I noticed MAJOR thinning in my hair, especially in the front where the bangs are and in the very top back (where the crown is) I am hyper paranoid about it... I can tell, but all my friends and husband say they haven't noticed a difference...

Jeanette-i have been experiencing the exact same thing. my hair has thinned considerably starting a couple months ago. It slowed and has since picked up again after a herbs change a few weeks ago. my boyfriend says he can't tell but for me it's upsetting every time i reach up and touch my hair and of course when i attempt to comb it and so much comes out :( I think in another post Lisa mentioned this takes a very long time return completely- i.e. not until well. I'm nervous I won't have anything left by the time I'm through treatment! All in all I wouldn't worry too much, I think it happens to a lot of us, or at least you and I! Like my dry scalp, I think of it as the bad stuff "shedding" and like so many other symptoms, it seems like part of a continuous whole body cleanse!Torey- I don't get this rash but i do get one off and on on the left side of my neck under my ear and along my jawline. I think rashes are a regular thing to get and having it in that area makes more sense to me than the one on my face considering the kinds of intestinal issues us ICers have.

I have noticed right around the beginning of my sacrum  there were two werid little boils or  blemishes? not sure what they are- and they were right on two points that corrsepond to major points on the bladder meridian pathway. I feel like i noticed them back in april ? but that they have faded and healed considerably since then. I got breakouts on my rear end as well in beginning of treatment. I think Matia said this is a common place for breakouts-that and the arms and back. Its kind of close to the areas that we are treating specifically. not to worry. Mary

I had this strange and gross yeast rash between my butt cheeks. At first I freaked out because I thought it might be an infection. I didn't think it was yeast because I assumed if it was yeast it would start in the vaginal area but this was just at the top part of my butt cheeks. i described it to Matia and she told me it was yeast and that it would go away in a few days. She didn't want me to put anything on it. Just keep it clean and dry. It went away just as she said. Tammy

Hi everyone, my name is Jess I am brand new to the website and have been with Matia for about 2 months.  I have a crazy weird rash on my leg.  It looks like the Target sign, there are two...and it's spreading.  It is wicked itchy and looks like little bubbles that make up the circles.  Is that the type of rash you all are getting?

Jess,   If you don't get a response on this topic, you might want to start a new one as they seem to get more attention.  Otherwise, you might want to send a message to one of the women discussing rashes.  Glad to see you on the site.

Jess that sounds like ringworm and in that cause would be funus. I get raised bumps in the insides of my legs I have had them for yrs now they itich sometimes and sometimes they get darker. I know I have a lot of yeast and it has to come out some how. Just make sure to tell Matia I wouldn't worrie about it though. Sometimes when i can't stand the itch I put some probiotis and olive oil on them and it helps the itch settle.
