Is anyone else on here having problems with the SF722 formula?  While it seems to help my bladder and sinuses, it is over stimulating to my bowels.  I have cramps all the time and my bowels are very loose and moving often.  Sore tissues as well from going so much.

I have been taking it for 11 days now.  I only take 3 a day and have not notice any difference.  I have never had a problem with loose bowels though, mine has always been constipation.  That is what I have now too, even taking 3 of these a day.

Thanks for your reply.  I am different in that my bowels have always been loose instead of the contipation most ICer's seem to have.  I am only taking 3 drops of the SF's.  She has it paired with the omegas.  The more drops of omegas I take, the looser my bowels get also.

This is soo interesting because i'm the opposite!  I'm also tolerating the sf722, which is helping bladder and sinus issues which is great....but is also very constipating.  I'm trying everything to just make me go.  I usually don't have loose bowels so not sure if sf can do that, but am sure that must be uncomfortable!  Either way, going too much hurts and not going at all or very little hurts.....

Yes, I just don't understand this.  Why is everyone constipated except me?  I always seem to be the oddball with medical stuff.  Have you taken the omegas?  They help too, but they also really make my bowels loose.  Maybe because they are an oil.  I eat tons of fish each day too.  You would think that would help, but it doesn't seem to

I take it with the omegas and with 5 drops of oil of Oregano too.

I never really saw a direct relationship between my bowls and the SF722. Now I have been on this quite a bit on and off with lots of combos. It makes me dizzy its a strong anti fungal. I normally feel awful on it but see a lot of junk come out so i force myself to go through it. Maybe your die off is happing all in your intestines so no matter what you just keep going that is my guess. For instance it seems that what ever problem you had as a child is your main die off for me I had lots of UTI and and seizures so now I have the headaches all the time. Lots of tingling it's going to my weak spots also my burning is taking a long time to improve and I appear to be always having cloudy smelly urine. I am constantly having discharge too. Now when I go on the SF this all kicks up 10 fold so if your normally having lots of BM's this would make me conclude your going to have the scoots for die off during the SF that is my take not sure if I am right or not.

I'm one of the few who doesn't have constipation.  But after a while on m protocol I wasn't going as much, and when SF was started it got my bowels moving in a good way.  But when I was 6 mo's in, the increasing probiotics caused me the stomach issues you're talking about now.

Clueless's picture

Did you ever get past all this?  It seems like it has been a long haul for me.  I seem to had these same symptoms even 5 mo. later on the probiotics.

SF722 also has a lot of influence on my bowels, I'm certainly not constipated, I have to go several times a day.It also causes more burning in my urethra, but I noticed that it calms down after several weeks. I increased the formula from 3 drops to 6 drops and I have more burning again, but I expect that it will soon get better.Vicky

I did eventually get past it but it took going down to almost nothing on the probiotics which was disappointing to do after months of working up to so many.  But it took several months for my bowels to settle down even so.  Even if it's taking you longer, I'm continually seeing how different each person's body is -- just as she's been saying all along! -- and that even if it takes you 3x as long as me (not that it will!), that doesn't mean you won't get better, it just means your body for whatever reason is taking longer on that.  And you might have another area already improved that I'm still struggling with, and so on.  So comparisons amongst us are good, but to a point, I think.
I empathize with your frustration, I really do.  Bowel issues in either direction are not good.

My bladder also burns worse at first on the SF's but calms down later and does better.  My bowels, however, seem to keep getting worse loose the longer I take it.  I'm taking the same dose 3 to 4 drops.  This has gone on for weeks now.

I'm taking a total of 16 pills of SF722 a day and I'm still constipated off and on unless i work extra hard and do EVERYTHING i can to have a bowel movement. Either way having your GI tract out of balnce is so frustrating. I feel like I'm never gonna get to a point where I can have a normal BM without any herbs/probiotics. But lots of people felt that way and they made it to a balenced GI tract.Mary

Hi allI was just put on SF for the first time a couple days ago and it gave me instant die off... stomach cramps, bowels definitely moving more... and then, i've noticed red bumps on my left cheek angling down towards my upper lip (a little on right cheek as well) and  in between my eyebrows and they seem to be getting worse. I haven't had super clear skin in treatment, issues off and on, but nothing terrible. I am starting to freak that this is going to turn into something bad and I honestly don't know how to handle acne. This is only day 3 on SF and I'm freaking a little. I'm also dizzy, have the first headache i've had in some time and just feel SOOOO out of it, like in la la land. Am i going crazy??? This seems so intense and i'm scared to keep taking it. You all seem to have some experience with SF... help needed!

9 sf722's a day for about 2 months now. It brought the die off hard on me too. A lot on my skin. I always had good skin on my face, and body. Not anymore! I got such bad rashes in the beginning that I have scars all over and cuts from itching so much, that was all over my body except on my face. My face broke out in acne really bad at first, it has cleared up from how bad it was, but it still breaks out most the time. Along with all the other unpleasant die off I am going through, these were def really hard to deal with. It is hard when it is coming out of your skin. BUT, it is worth it, keep taking it! I have never seen so much tissues and bubbles coming out of my pee! You should get used to it, and things will start to get better I would think. Hang in there you can do it!

I've been on 18 SF a day for a long time now, and have experienced breakouts in my face, exactly where you said. A Qi Gong healer told me it's along the stomach meridian, google meridians -it's interesting. They have now calmed down a little, after several months. I'm not saying this to discourage you!!! But since I also had extremely clear skin before, I had no idea how to deal with acne either and made some mistakes that now leave me with pretty bad scars to deal with. Visit my thread "Pimples UGH", Nicole and others have made good points and given me good advice. Breakouts have moved to my forehead, right above and in my eye brows. It's so weird, they are symetrical, so I look like I have been prepped for a star trek movie lol. Matia said it's the bladder that is detoxing, so as much as I hate the way it looks, breakouts are a good sign. Get some good non-pore-clogging makeup -mineral is working for me. Don't start buying into every cosmetic promise out there, they don't work because the stuff that is inside will come out anyway. Trust me, I spent way too much money and now have products to last me years. Lol. I've learned that natural things such as aloe vera gel, honey, jojoba oil are just as effective... (that is, not so effective while you are detoxing)Keep your hands off of your face, no playing around -hello scars!!And keep your head up high, you are still the beautiful and wonderful person you are inside, this is just temporary.... It will calm down!! Hopefully, tons faster than it did for me. I wish it for you :-)

I figured I was on the low end of how many sf's I was taking... but 18! Thats a lot! Did you notice a big change in your bladder taking that many ballerina?

wcorisa's picture

yeah wow! She just started me on 2 a day... I can't imagine taking 18!!! Thanks for the help/support. It's so interesting our breakouts are in the same places ballerine... I was guessing the cheek was a meridian but I didn't know which. I've had this dry patch (before these red bumps started...) on my inner eyebrows off and on forever now that always peels and I know Matia said that is the bladder. SO fascinating. It's quite amazing to me all the things that can happen so quickly when protocol gets changed. I think I've had every die off symptom in the book....

I unfortunately didn't notice a huge improvement in my bladder...I wish!Just noticed a huge change in my face, and not the best one...

I've been on 12 SF a day for at least 3 months now.  I have loose stools recently (always had constipation) but I'm not sure if it's from an increase in Ear or from the SF.  I haven't had any face breakouts, however.  My usual die off reaction is once a week I have some bad nausea/dizziness and feel like I may have food poisoning for a few hours, and then it passes. I normally have to just lie down and rest and get through it.  I also get a headache once or twice a week on the SF.  Mild, though, compared to the headaches I suffered from for years in my unhealthy past.

has anyone NOT had major die off from SF? i am now up to 16 sf and 4 goldenseale per day. in the past, i could barely tolerate 3 sf per day, but as i said in a previous post, i was able to push through this last time we tried and am now tolerating it pretty well. but, at this point, i almost feel like i'm taking nothing. my vv still feels pretty much the same - not worse - not better. i'm happy that i am now able to tolerate it - seems like that must be significant. BUT, as anyone who as ever read my posts knows, i am very, very, very skeptical that any gut imblanace i have has anything to do wtih my pain. yes, i have seen that certain things - like the sf in the past - have made my syptoms worse, so i try to tell myself there is a connection. but at this point i'm taking 20 pills worth of major cleansers everyday and am barely feeling any difference at all in my pain - not to mention i have no die off other than some bloating. i know matia said not everyone gets die off but pretty much every person on here has at least mentioned major die off from SF becuase it's so strong. also, when i increased, i went up from 9 to 16 in one day and the only symptom i had was that i had 3bms in one day the next day. but that was it! is it really still possible that this stuff is doing anything positive for me at all and addressing my pain issue despite all this?

i'm on 18 a day for a while, I have no die off from it either..I really wonder if my body is doing anything cause I never feel any die off anymore...I did at first with the diet change, but not from the pills.  I get kinda dizzy sometimes when I take SF w/o food..but I dont think that die off

ballerine's picture

yeah, SF doesn't seem to affect my bladder -if I take none or if I take 18 in one day : same difference. I'm also on 3 goldenseal a day. Sometimes, I also wonder why the heck I keep taking stuff like this if there is no improvement in my bladder -but I guess the process is slow.Just please do a happy dance if this has not cause you to break out everywhere in your face, making you look like a big acne scar. Just do the dance for me :-)

I think it was Honeybee, (not sure) who posted a tip - open a megad cap and mix the contents with a drop of olive oil and apply it to the spot - I followed this advice, left it overnight and it did wonders!

Has anyone experienced sleeping poorly on sf?  I finally got to a point where my sleep was great and ever since starting sf, it has really been poor.

flygirlsam's picture

I have always had sleep problems but I have only noticed continual improvement since starting treatment with M.With regard to dieoff--I have been in treatment for 11 months.  I have been on 12 SF a day for 4 months in addition to Gseal and Ear and off and on mega.  I recetly went from 3 to 4 Ear per dose.  I've noticed more loose stools and going at least once, sometimes twice, a day.  This is unheard of for me!  I'm thinking it's from the Ear increase not the SF, but many on here say they get it from the SF.  I keep thinking I've been on the SF for a long time, will I ever get off it?  Lol.  Anyway, 4 weeks ago I got a tick bite.  I live on Long Island where ticks are everywhere and Lyme is rampant.  I was extremely worried at first, but Matia explained that with the protocol I'm on right now, it's impossible to get infected.  That was reassuring.  Then, 2 weeks after the bite I got my first bad cold in two years.  It was relentless and took 2.5 weeks to clear up.  Still, I am constantly clearing my throat and have some mucous despite not eating any dairy products.  Again, I was worried about the timing of the cold with the tick, but she assured me not to worry. Then, as soon as I got over the cold, last night I got hit with a bout of stomach flu symptoms.  I know this is probably all adding up to dieoff and maybe linked to the increase in Ear.  I haven't had many die off symtoms in 11 months and now I'm starting to wonder.  The timing with the tick bite (now 4 weeks ago) seems too coincidental.  I know I could just get a blood test, but my doctor charges $250 per visit plus the lab fees and I'm hesitating.  Also, I got the tick out within 10 hours and it hadn't dug in too much and wasn't engorged.  It was very red and itchy, but no bullseye mark.  Anyone here have experience with this? Also, my stomach flu has lasted about 12 hours but I'm still having that sour stomach and gurgly, crampy feeling.  Typaically in the past any dieoff I did have lasted like 2-3 hours, not this long.  Does this get better with time?  I know we have to get worse before we get better so I'm trying to just suck it up.  I don't want to eat much and have no energy, but can't seem to sleep much as I can only lay on my back so as not to vomit every second and my back aches so much right now I can't sleep.  UGH!!!
