I wish I lived in NYC! I'm having the same frustrating problem with my probiotics but not with Matia's office- with LuckyVitamin.com. I tried to change my order to a rushed one and they basically said yeeeeh... its not going to get to you on time cause of Christamas. Like they ain't even trying tp help me get it. I'm having to skip doses which I do not like to do until it shows up.. so if you made the deadlne for your order back on the Dec 23rd? or whenever it was then I can only imagine that the traffic of mail and packaging that happens on christmas might be factor- not to say maybe it was not the office if they didn't send out your order on time but I have had my package end up in the Tennessee and be 7 days late before. This was fed ex's fault not the office. It's not ideal to skip doses but you will be okay with the delay... your body will hold up fine- but I know the frustration well of trying to get your herbs and stay within budget. Mary

I have had problems with lucky vitamin every time I have ordered. If I wasn't on such high doese I would send out but I only have just enough for the holliday. I know the shipping at Matia's is expensive I have paid that over night fee. The standard over night is about 48. I know itss 12 dollars more then second day. Worth my peice of mind sometimes.Sorry I can't be of help to you maybe you can email her and ask if there is something else to take instead all bet she tells you to take ginsing.
