While I don't think my bladder is near as good as yours (are you having pretty much pain-free days now?), it is much better overall.  Even so, like you, my belly continues to be horribly bloated out like I'm pregnant, and off/on feels very full and heavy.  But I'm not sure if this is bloating or inflammation or both or different things at different times.  Don't know what else to say, but you're not alone.

Yesterday I had my call with Matia and told her that my abdominal area under my ribs was hard/firm and sore.  If I pressed on it anywhere where my small intestine would be, it was tender and sore.  I also have had a rash below my left eye kind of on my cheek bone and it gets puffy and scaley.  The other day, my eye was kind of swollen when I got up in the morning- puffy.  Matia said this is normal and an accupuncture point for the intestine.  She told me to stop taking my ultra omegas and probiotics and just stay on Gold (decrease from 2 to 1) and SF.  Within 24 hours the bloating has decreased significantly and my bladder seems more calm.  Peeing less frequently.
I guess the bottom line is to tell her how you feel, and she can help.

Yes, my bladder has just recently been feeling better the last few months.  Much of the time my stomach still bothers me alot.  My symptoms have been all over the place though!  I'll go from feeling really great, to feeling awful.  Things are really fluctuating, but I'm so thankful I'm having some good days now.  Also, I've never been one to get headaches at all, but recently I've been getting some sharp head pains...but not often and they never last long at all...I figure it must be related to this since I've never had a headache in my life..
