ALLWAYS !!! my back is a killer and sometimes it is screaming at me and sometimes it's just a dull ache. I hate it and I never had this prior to my IC.I know several people have low back pain. The sciatic pain is esp fun bc it pinches and runs down the legs making every step so painful. I usually will put a cold compress on my back if it gets bad. I have a gell pack I use it clips around my back. I also do get on the floor and put my knees to my chest. I try to strech as much as I can. Make sure you tell Matia she might adjust something. I have also taken epson salt baths but ya got to ask her first bc it can be detoxing. I don't know if you can handle the minerals or not. i hope it eases up for you.
