Hiya girls
This sounds really horrid so excuse graphic descriptions!
I have had an excellent bladder for 4 days now...haven't heard a peep out of it. I am really chuffed but I seem to have swapped a burning aching bladder for terrible thrush like symptoms. It sounds horrid but downstairs is purging discharge...lots of it. It hasn't got any odour and I just feel really irritated...just wondered if that is a die off as I keep having to wear pads/change underwear frequently even though I never have a problem usually. I have also noticed lately I can't think straight...I feel like I am drunk or something. My manager asks me to do something and old me would crack on and get designing and working on ideas...me now sits at my desk like a dribbling cabbage waiting for inspiration.
Sorry I hate describing yucy symptoms and grossing people out but I feel like all the muck and bacteria is literately flooding out yuck!

Die off
Sounds like die off to me! Its all moving down and out, that is good!
I was just wondering - before
I was just wondering - before all the discharge did you have a time of feeling really dry and raw? This is how I feel at the mo, as if I am waiting for something to get moving.Did you try the garlic that Nicole suggested?
Effects of yeast overgrowth
articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2008/11/25/how-yeast-can-create-havoc-in-your-life-and-how-to-address-it.aspx Above is an illuminating 5 min video + article about yeast problems from Dr Mercola: "Once Candida overgrowth occurs, its toxic byproducts are regularly entering your bloodstream. Two of these toxins are alcohol and acetaldehyde.....Acetaldehyde also reacts with the neurotransmitter dopamine, which is why people with yeast overgrowth often experience mental and emotional disturbances such as anxiety, depression, poor concentration and feeling spaced-out".His remedies will prob be too strong for ICers (boric acid). Also interesting what he says about women with yeast overgrowth suffering from multiple chemical sensitivities and that they should stay away from chemicals due to impaired detoxification pathways: "Paints, household cleaners, perfumes and scents may also cause allergic reactions, and chemical sensitivities are very common in people with yeast overgrowth".
