I don't take SF, but I have been dealing with a lot of headaches recently. Do you take any probiotics? Probiotics will almost always take my headache down a few notches and sometimes gets rid of it completely. I often just take my second dose a little earlier and sometimes sneak in a 3rd dose if necessary. Matia knows I do this. Does she know you're having more headaches? When I get them it means something is out of balance and she and I go back and forth tweaking things a bit. Right now my dose changes result in a trade off between either a headache or bladder irritation, still trying to find the magic combination where everything is good again. Carol 

I had this and I pushed through as she told me it was die off now I am not effected as much by it. I would use cold packs on my head to get through it. I would tell her but I used to always say if it is die off I will push though it Because for me I want this to be over asap. I I don't know if you can do that or not but I can tell you the head stuff I have been dealing with most of my life and is definatly improved a lot. Try to hang in there and think about the yeasties dieing off as your head is hurting tell yourself the pain is good and your getting better. Put on some soft music maybe meditate and turn the lights down and low noise. I hope you don''t have to suffer too long

this just goes to show we are all different sometimes the probiotics make it worse usually the only things to make it better is rp or vit D sometimes the juce plus helps me it just depends I think on why I have the headache sometimes the goldenseal helps them too.
