2 and 1/2 cups spelt flour1  and 1/2 cups brown rice flour2 eggs4 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt1 and 1/2 cups water1/4 cup olive oilMix dry ingredients. Mix oil and water, then add to dry. Bake in a oiled loaf pan at 400 for about 40 min, or until lightly browned on top, and done inside. Check with a toothpick if you aren't sure.I made this bread for my whole family for a dinner a couple weeks ago. They all really liked it! It is best fresh out of the oven with butter. Also good the next day for toasting with butter, or olive oil. Cut in thick slices. I suppose you could use all spelt flour, but the rice gives it a flaky yummy texture, and gives the bread a softer taste. I hope if you try it, you like it : )

Here is the one from this site that I used to bake every couple of days when I was just starting, it always came out great:
Rita's Kamut/Spelt Bread
1 cup Kamut flour
1 cup Spelt flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup olive oil
3/4 cup + 1 tbsp water
1 egg
Mix try ingredients, add oil, water and egg. Stir until just blended. Pour into a greased pan (I use a 9" pie pan or 9" cake pan or muffin cups )makes about 8 muffins). Bake at 400 degrees, about 20-25 minutes.

Mine from whole foods or Vitamin cottage. I usually get the Arrowhead Mills organic brand in both, but if you have a Vitamin Cottage, they have spelt flour in there name for cheaper, so I get that when I go there. Also King Soopers carries both Arrowhead mills flours.

I got tired of spending a fortune on bread too so I started making my own.  It's a very simple recipe:
3 cups spelt flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cups liquid - you can use water or almond milk, but I like buttermilk
That's it.  Mix it and bake it at 400degrees for 40 minutes.
