I would love to hear from anyone who has just started Dr Brizman's treatment as I am seriously considering it. I live in the UK and so the journey, the costs involved and the distance treatment are all causing concern along with a whole host of other concerns.
I think it would be really helpful and encouraging to be in touch with a group who are starting out together.
For those of you some way into your treatment, I would also love to hear from you too.
For all of you starting out, all my best wishes with the diet and all the other challenges of having to work so hard at getting well when you are so sick. May you find the inner strength and loving support needed to do so.

Hey MarLyn how are you? My name is Portia, and I started the diet for the first time a few months ago but cheated on stage one after six weeks of being on it. I would totally love to have someone to start it with and to talk to as motivation to stick with it. I know you live in the UK but it is worth it to come Dr. Brizman I promise.
