When can nuts be added back in?

I was looking through the diet lists (I am only on list 2 and have been reacting to most of it so I know this is way off) but when can we add almonds or some other type of nut back in?

Also - what about black eyed peas and other beans? Did I miss something?

Thanks!

Almonds - depends on the patient.  They are very high in Vit B so can be an irritant.  It took me to end of list 3 to be able to accept them.  Others can do it earlier.
I was allowed black and white beans at list 3 stage.

Matia normally advises on foods individualy as we are all different and have different tolerances.
Its best not to guess but get Matia's advice first.

Thanks for your reply. I'm not going to try them until she says so... just found it strange that she doesn't have it listed but I guess nuts and certain beans must be extremely up to the individuals case. Thanks!

My notes on nuts/beans from the old support group:

* Nuts & seeds > usually mid List 3.  First almonds. Then pine nuts, cashews.  Walnuts last.  (remember no peanuts, ever.)
* Beans / Lentils > usually mid-late List 3.  Start white and black beans.  Then lentils, pintos.  Hummus last (intense), like maybe List 5.  Beans are big pain causers - some high in natural estrogens, more pain and urgency.

Ugh, I'm on list 3 but can have a couple things off list 4.  Tried hummus last night and major burning and frequency.  Lesson learned.  It seems so innocent!
Also, does anyone know about sweet potatoes or beets?  Why do these cause such burning at list 3 stage?
