Oil of Oregano

Hey all-

I have a friend - not a patient of Dr's.  She says she takes oil of oregno - not sure what she's taking it for.  Does Dr. B use it?  I was just curious what it was all about?  Does she perscribe it when you're on other things?

Matia often perscribes Oil of Oregano. She mentions it a lot in her dissertation.  I think it depends on the individual.  I am not sure how it works

Hey you - thanks again.  She's never put me on it - So, I wasn't sure.  I was always on sf722 - I don't imagine that she has you take them both at the same time - would probably be kind of intense?

I take it (under Matia's guidance of course) when I get sick and for headaches along with other stuff. I have been on and off it. I'm on it right now, and it gets old taking it 3 times a day when it taste HORRIBLE. But worth the benefits.

I have been put on it for short periods along with goldenseal, once when I had a head cold and once when I thought I had a UTI but didn't.
I wouldn't self medicate but its handy to have in the cupboard.  I get the Oreganol P73 from iherb.

I was just curious what it was for. Before I started seeing Matia I had tried it on my own - As weird as it is - I loved the taste!  I remember that I made the mistake of taking it at the same time as SF722.
