Even though i am on list 2 now, i've really been following the list 1. Partially because of new supplement protocoal, sometimes because i react, and sometimes i flare and not sure if it's a flare or reaction to pills. I have been craving chocolate and sweets like crazy. I make fresh coffee to my family and enjoy its smell, or buy them dessert and find happiness to share what i miss so much with them. Surprisingly, with all this food around me, i've been good. Pain is a good motivator.
I wonder for list 3, 4 and 5 patients, how long did each level took for you?
Thanks
Ya, I am wondering the same thing. When you advance to a new stage does it take awhile for your body to accept those foods? I feel like when I tried to move to stage two things cheese and avacados the two things I really wanted to eat were bothering me...I wondered if I kept eating them if I would get used to it and they would be ok or if I should just not eat them?
No, you don't want to play around with forcibly eating them and hoping your body will adjust b/c that's not how this treatment works. The idea is you wait (patience with the body is key, it has an intelligence and really does know best) and when it's finally tolerated -- which it will eventually -- then it's safe to add back. Kind of like saying can I jump on my broken leg once it starts to feel better. Even if it doesn't hurt then or seem to create an issue, until you're strong enough to handle it, it will make you worse.
With progressing through the lists everyone is so different. For me I went to List 2 within 2-3 months, and was at List 4/5 incl. very minimal agave sweetened treats by a little over a year. It felt interminable at the time but in retrospect wasn't that long.
My guess is when Matia tells
My guess is when Matia tells you you can. How long have you been on list one?
On List 2 but really List 1

How do you know?
