Diet on holiday

Hi everyone,

On holiday it is not always easy to stick completely to our diet, I'm on holiday since a week and my body is reacting really hard: I have a serious aggravation of urethra burning and have developped many sores in my mouth, it's even difficult to eat because of the sores.  I try to stick as good as possible to the diet, but I can't eat yeast-free bread and I think that my body is reacting so hard because I have been eating normal bread...  Do others also react so hard when you don't stick to the diet?  Does someone who has also been travelling during treatment know options to avoid this kind of reaction?

Thanks,

Vicky

Hi Vicky, yes i react so much when I go off the diet. If I go off for more than one day I get really bad. I get a rash, and a fever, I get super dehydrated and feel like I have flu syptoms. I get stuffed up and I sweat a ton. I get super bloated and get diarrhea.  man cheating always sounds so good to me, but I regret it big time in the aftermath.  It is hard on vacation though!!! I have traveled for about nine months to climb and I had a very hard time staying strict and finding the right foods. Try your best.  can you find rice or potatoes instead of bread?

Wow you also react really bad when you go off the diet...  I try to find the best solutions but it's always difficult in another country, at home I know where to find everything.  It makes you realize how important it is to stay on the diet...  It's not always easy to stay strict, especially when you are feeling better, when I'm better I sometimes also try things that make me feel worse afterwards.  We can only try to do our best, it will get easier as we continue to improve.
