I know I am just full of questions about food today, but I thought I could not tolerate eggs anymore but I started using only the egg yolks to cook with and i feel like it is not bothering me that much. Does anyone know if ther is something about the whites that cause flares ?

egg white is the allergenic part for people with egg allergy. Like they suggest starting babies on egg yolks.

Strange, but Matia told me to try just the whites part of the egg.  I react to both the white and the yolk.

Deir-that is what I read online yesterday also. The yolks are yummy! So I am happy ha ha ha.
 
clueless-that is so weird because I definetely notice it with the whites but everyone is so different it is impossible to say one way or the other. Let me know if one way works best for you :)

Everyone is different and the yolk is the healiest part anyways so if you tolerate it just go with it. I have heard of this before. SOmetimes you can get both alergy testing of the yolk and the white. Remember this is not a true allergy but a sensitvity and you can grow out of this as your intestins and bladder heal. I had to give up eggs for a few yrs now I eat them fine.
