Hi all,
I am pretty sure that what I can see in my urine is bits of lining. THis is majorly scary. Did anyone else ever have these symptoms? Does the lining regenerate to a degree or is this it???? I now that we have deficient GAG layers but is it possible for it to regenerate even a little bit?

I've always had this for as long as I've had bladder problems which is about 7 years. I find that the diet recommended on here really helps but it still does happen for me at least. I'm not in treatment with Dr Brizman but get alot of help and support from this site. I hope you get some other more detailed responses.
