Hey question?  I have been using california baby shampoo. I noticed that someone had posted that it has coconut in it now. Does this mean it is not good to use anymore? Does anyone have any other suggestions for list one??  Jasons??  I used to not worry about my shampoo that much, I was using the whole foods brand until my hair started falling out and then I realized that it makes my scalp and hair really dry and may be contributing to it. Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated! :)

thanks!!!

I use Nature's Gate. It works pretty well and I've never had a problem with it.

Hi Christine,
I've been using theraneem but makes my hair really dry. Which specific Nature's Gate are you using?
Is it ok for list 3 patients?
thanks

I've been using the pomegranate one since list 1 and have been fine with it. Matia told me she isn't as concerned with shampoo as it does not stay on the body but she is more concerned with lotions and hair products as they do stay in contact with the skin!

I use John Masters organics bare unscented shampoo. Expensive but a little goes a long way.

I use therneem, but have also tried natures gate, and jasons.  I think all of them are not that awesome.

Anyone have a suggestion for dry hair?

Does anyone know about occasionally using a product like Frizz ease? I'm talking for one night.

ps- I am laughing about "oily hay"
I would call mine more like "greasy straw" LOL

Hi deir,
I have curly hair and have trouble with friz especially when I straighten it. Dr B suggested Jason's curl cream. It is not perfect, but does a pretty good job. I forgot when I went to visit family so used what they had and could tell a difference even the one day, but not everyone may react from one day use.

Hi All,
I also use theraneem and really like it.  One of my lovely die off features is an insanely dry scalp (let it snow...) and while the theraneem doesn't really alleviate it, it doesn't seem to make it worse like other shampoos.
What do people use for conditioner?  And is it as important to use an approved conditioner if you dont get it close to your scalp?  I usually just condition the ends.  Theraneem conditioner is fine, but it's just so expensive and I'm looking for some ways to save some $.  Having IC is pricey!
Side note, I was visiting a friend about a month ago and used her Bumble and Bumble shampoo.  I had been having very minimal symptoms  for about a week and wow did I feel bad after using that shampoo.  It probably didn't help that I had lunch with  my ex boyfriend.  But I'm pretty sure the shampoo was mostly to blame.
