Just another weird symptom that I'm trying to understand. I often notice my tongue is swollen when I wake in the morning. It sometimes feels a little sore too and I've noticed the soreness more when I'm tired. Is the swollen tongue a symptom of die off or could I be reacting to food. if anyone has any info, as always love to hear back ..

I was getting this over the summer after I had a bad spell. It cleared after a couple of weeks, I told Matia about it and she seemed unfazed. The swelling wasn't that terrible, I could talk normally, it just felt like my tongue had gotten fat. It's a funny symptom!
