Hi everyone,
Maybe it's a weird question but I had 3 very bad dreams in one week, is this something that has also happened to other persons in treatment? This morning my boyfriend had to wake me up because I was crying and shouting... I don't think that I sleep very deep because I wake up several times at night, but it will probably be a coincidence that it happened so many times in a short period.
I also wonder whether other persons who suffer from leg (or hip) pain feel that it gets worse during ovulation/menstruation? I always know when my ovulation is coming because then my groin, hip and leg pain increases a lot.

I had lots of werid and scary bad dreams for the first 6-7 months of treatment. Then I started having real kind of intense yucky detoxing dreams - like clogged pipes or overflowing toliets. REAL metaphorical stuff for what was happening in my body. It is a postive sign of healing and the nightmares go away but yes many of us have had them. I think it has to do with your body fighting off bacteria or microbes of some kind. Matia said she once had pneumonia and had CRAZY intense nightmares during her bodie's healing of that. I don't have the leg pain- but my pain in genral always got worse in ovulation or around my period. I would like to know why that happened! Thanks!Mary
Dreams
Dreams often reflect what is going on inside of your body and mind. People have placed a huge emphasis on dreams since ancient times. I have had several bad dreams that are probably a result of my medications. Thankfully, I am feeling well enough to stop many of them. Around the time I found Matia. I had the most amazing dream where I was walking down a road in front of my childhood home. The sun was setting and the weather was perfect. I was filled with joy and knew that I was healed in my dream. I try to reflect on that dream on the days that my dreams are less than perfect. Focus on the good dreams you have had. Keep the vision of complete recovery in front of you every day. Your best days are yet to come !
