There is a product that is sold in the US that Matia OKd for me called Vita-spelt sesame sticks.  I really did well and felt good when I used to eat these crackers for some reason. Now I live in Israel and they are not available. I am woking really hard trying to convince the Israeli version of Whole Foods to carry them. The manager told me that I need to give him a sample first to convince him. Online they have a minimum case order of about $60 or more plus shipping will cost me about $100. I used to buy these crackers  in the bulk bins from the Co-op market in Santa Monica. Although they probably sell them at other health food stores. I could mail someone a check in advance and then if they could mail me to Israel a small bag I would be very appreciative.
