Hi!
OMG, these are SO GOOD. I've cut out gluten--for some reason I started getting hella nauseated after eating wheat products. These crepes are awesome. I like to use plenty of butter so they're a little greasy, but this can be tailored to taste.
1 cup rice flour
Thank You Researchnerd!!!
I just made these and they are marvelous! Marvelous!!! And they couldn't be easier either. I have had a difficult two days in this 'ol body of mine, and your recipe just made me feel young again. I went to France when I was 19, and my favorite thing was buying a crepe from one of the street vendors. You have brought back a wonderful memory and taste. I am so excited at the possibilities with these crepes! Mmmmm. And my daughter also has discovered that she gets nauseated, too, from gluten. So she is presently gluten free as well. I can't wait to share this recipe with her. Thank you so much for thinking of us and sharing. :)
!
I love your recipes so much and I'm so happy to have given back!
You are
so sweet! I have to tell you that I made these for my husband, son-in-law, and daughter and they were a big hit! I put jam on theirs, and they all loved them. Oh, there is nothing like a good recipe to just make your day. :)
Nice!!! I cut out gluten too.
Nice!!! I cut out gluten too. I noticed I would get really bad headaches, fatigue, and bloating after I ate it.
Oooo looks so good, I cannot wait to try. Thanks for sharing!
OMG, I just thought I can
OMG, I just thought I can heat up some berries in a stove pot until they turn into a sauce.... That would be a great topping..... =) I can't wait to try now. I got some blackberries at home. =)
When I was on list 3, I did
When I was on list 3, I did frozen berries heated on the stovetop. Delish over GF pancakes or these crepes! If you can have lemon, a little lemon zest is tasty I there too.
Oh thanks Flygirlsam!
