How do you exfoliate?

  I enjoy using Matia's soap and lotion.  My face needs to be exfoliated regularly.  What do you use to exfoliate? Do you think baking soda is a good daily exfoliant?

Soda without aluminum a little soap and sea salt are the best.

FACE SCRUB

1 / 2 cup almond meal 
Really Raw Honey

Mix to form a thick paste. Scrub face with paste, paying close attention to oily areas. Leave on for a few minutes. Remove with tepid water and a soft cloth. Your skin will be soft and refreshed!
