Do any of you have nerve pain? I have prudendal neauralgia which has been managed by taking a small dose of Neurontin. I went off it for a few days a few moths ago and the terrible knife like pain returned. I know that I would recover quicker without this medication. The last time I stopped taking Neurontin, I could not sleep or complete basic tasks. Have any of you gone off a similar drug? How did you know it was the right time? I can handle some pain, just not terrible pain. Feel free to conact me persoanlly if you don't feel comfortable posting here.
Maybe
Hi there,
I think I may have had this... it comes and goes... sometimes it feels like someone is cramming a broomstick up my butt... Many times during yoga, it gets activated too, especially during downward dog, but I think this exercise is good for stretching it out and getting blood flowing there... Mine comes and goes... Have not had it in the vaginal or urethra to my awareness... Definitely in the rectum and I also have sciatica from time to time...
I do get nerve pain in my
I do get nerve pain in my back and my legs it feels like I walk on glass and some days are better then others. I also think the urethra vaginal pain is considered nerve pain. I used to get spasums and I don't really get them as often as I did mostly around my cycle. I think a lot of the stabbing pains too have to deal with the liver but it depends where your having them. I don't think that drug is good its an antiseizure med. I know it's hard to deal with the pain Part of the reason I have no life. I asked Matia about this herb called teasle root she said she had used it in class but not yet for IC. i know it's used for lyme, fibro and MS so i am really wanting to give it a go it seems like a good herb when i look it up I am hoping she does some research on it and I am not apposed to being the first to try it.
Nerve pain
Thanks for the replies. I have had sciatic nerve issues in the past too. I wouldn't be surprised if the problem is related to the liver as it came on while taking lots of medication. The biggest contributing factor was "physical therapy" at the uro's office. which involved an electric probe. The paperwork stated that this cound not make one worse. Hopefully, I can save others from making the same mistake. at least with Matia, I have hope to recover :o)
