has anyone tried NST - NST-NeuroStructural Integration Technique (description below)? If so, would like to hear about your experience.

Thanks.

NST-NeuroStructural Integration Technique
It is a complete holistic approach to bodywork and healing. It is a technique used to “reset” the body through a specific sequence of subtle “moves” applied across muscle, tendons, and nerves which allows natural restorative healing. This gentle, non-invasive technique taps into the body’s own wisdom of healing. NST strongly effects the autonomic nervous system which is more associated with the healing, relaxation, and meditative states of the body.

Also, an article on it on Dr. Mercola's site:

Hi!I went to Dr Mercola's center for some time before beginning Matia's program.  I also did try several sessions of NST.  It did nothing for me personally.  I am not saying that it might not help you, but for me and treating my IC it did absolutely nothing.  I also did not have a great experience at his center either.  Again, that is just my opinion though.Do you have any specific questions about NST? I did all my sessions of NST with a woman whose name was Lynn.  I can tell you that she is extremely nice and very knowledgable.Let me know if I can answer any specific questions for you.Becky

Sounds like another spin off of kinesiology...which I am studying. Kinesiology has really helped me and I am looking forward to applying what I have learnt to people with chronic illness x
