Hi all, apologies if I'm stating the obvious here but I'd like to know if others have most of their pain on bladder filling - the feeling to go which for years has been pain rather than a normal urge?

Due to being so used to this pain/urge feeling for 7 or so years I'd forgotten it wasn't normal and continued with excessive probiotics etc. Now that I have gone back to list 1 and only water (boo) and no probiotics for now, I've managed to improve this urge pain somewhat and it seems that some of my pain has moved down into the uretha and burns after peeing rather than before, makes sense that this could be improvement with bacteria travelling outwards but who knows..Ever the optimist..
