I , who usually say I have no pain, have been experiencing a LOT of pain today. It's in my whole vaginal area. It started out in my stomach earlier today and then moved down to my vaginal, bladder area and radiates down my very tops of my legs and butt. I took my 20 year old daughter shopping today 1.5 hours away and have been on my feet for about 3 hours - which usually isn't a problem for me. Sitting in the car is so uncomfortable because of the pain.
The only thing I did different today was have ground turkey made into patties for lunch. Plus I had to sit 1.5 hours to stores and another 1.5 hours back. Has anyone had any issues eating ground turkey? Oh, I also tried lamb at breakfast. That was new too. Everything else - the poop soup, zucchini bread, Celery, rainbow Swiss chard, have been things I've never had problems with. Could eating something new cause this much pain? I honestly have never gotten this much pain like this before. Frequency snd anxiety are usually my complaints. I'm really frightened I'm starting in with the pain.
Hi Sue! So sorry you are having pain! I have more pain in general when it comes to sitting in a car for any length of time! Probably from the vibration of the car stirring up all the inflammation! Not fun! Hope this passes soon for you!
I have trouble with both turkey and lamb. Depending on the turkey some is injected with broth to enhance the flavor, which can contain things that you could be reacting to (yeast, sugar, who knows what other seasoning, etc.)! My first thanksgiving on the diet I called whole foods and they carry turkey not injected with broth, really need to read all labels!!! Very time consuming, but you learn quickly what you can and cannot eat! Read and re-read that is the key! I am not sure why lamb bothers me, perhaps their diet, more fatty, hormones?! Dr. B just said that yes, I could react differently to lamb compared to beef, but early on she had told me lamb was a good female food! So I can assume would react to it differently than other red meat! Buffalo, if you haven't already, is another meat you could try!
