Has anyone else found that salt water helps their vulvodynia pain? I live near the beach and have taken to swimming daily in the salt water. It really seems to relieve the burning sensation from the bladder/vulvodynia.

yes i think it is healing i do get pain relif from it
saltwater
I wasn't sure if it was a good idea cause it seems like some people react to salt on thier food or diet but I took a salt water bath recently and not only did I find it refreshing to my body/mind- the salt water has a kind of recharging effect to the energy field but I found it helped me too. I just use the shower filter to fill up my tub- they make bath balls too and then I don't stay too long in the tub so I'm not steeping in my toxic stuff. I think the ocean would actually be better and I'm heading there soon!
Someone recently told me to
Someone recently told me to try Epsom salt baths, but no longer than 10-15 minutes. Has anyone asked Matia about this or tried it? Also, I am moving near the ocean next week and everyone keeps telling me how healing it will be! I can't wait to find out.
I have done epson salt baths
I have done epson salt baths mostly use it when i have muscle pain or an injury. I am sure the time frame is due to it's ability to draw out toxins. It brings down inflamation . I only use it in cases of a flair or injury. I would ask Matia because things like this seem to be different for everyone.
