Soy in eggs

I was shopping at my local health  food store and found cartons of local eggs advertising no soy. When I inquired about this to an employee he told me many eggs come from chickens who are fed soy in their diet. So maybe that is why some people are experiencing a reaction to eggs.

Yes, and the same is true for just chicken itself! So may react to chicken in the same way! Darn soy! Ouch, is all I can say about anything containing soy!

Yes. And also the high omega eggs are to be avoided. I try to buy the pastured eggs, since Whole foods and others carry them, as well as my local butcher. Eggs from pastured hens eggs often contain some soy, but Dr. B told me that this is preferable to too much flax.

If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.

2 days ago I tried to eat an omelette for the first time in a long time, turned out to be a big mistake. I am on fire from my throat upto the lower regions and bad muscle pain. I never knew about the soy, know I do so thanks for the info. No eggs for me in the near future.
