I wanted to share a website I just learned about www.ewg.org.  It helps choose everything from cleaning products to cosmetics based upon a rating of ingredients. I found it to be very useful and scary at the same time.  I have used the website to make more informed choices.  Hope it will help all my fellow IC suffers too:)
