Hi everyone,

I'm in treatment since March 2009 and wonder how long it took for others to heal from urethra pain/burning? I had relief for several months but since some time the irritation and burning is back. I don't know whether it's from food (I'm partly on list 3 now) or from the herbs (I switched a few times lately), but it seems that the urethra is the most difficult for me to heal. A lot of other things have improved, but I hope that the urethra will also start to get better again.

Do others also deal with fatigue during treatment? Sometimes I feel so tired.

Hello - I haven't been intreatment as long as you - but fatigue - oh my gosh, yes. I was just put on gensing to try and help - it's been a week.  I think it might be helping a bit.  My urethra has really calmed down - I finally listed to Dr. M & went from filtered water to spring water - I'm thinking that I should have listened long ago.  So, if you're in denial over that part of it - maybe it's worth a shot - she also told me that the spring water might help the fatigue.
Good luck - I'm so tired of being tired :)

I think this is just a part of what we have to go through to heal. I can be extremely tired some days, find it hard to function and other days I am full of energy, but these days are not so often.  I really believe as treatment progresses the energy days will become more and the tired days less.  The whole detoxing process is hard for the body to cope with and this causes tiredness.
I used to get burning all the time but it is becoming less now but what I have noticed is that with me it seems to be related to the probiotics.  At one time I had to cut right back but now I am building up again but slowely so my body can accept the changes without causing too much discomfort.
