Weather and increasing pain and symptoms?

Hello Everyone!

Another question for you all, do you notice as storms roll through or as the seasons have there shifts you tend to have more pain and in general a harder time with your symptoms? We are in the middle of severe weather season in the Midwest and my pain is significantly worse with all my symptoms. I know the barametric pressure has a lot to do with my joint pain, but just wondering how many others also feel affected by the weather? For those of you that once were once strongly affected by the weather does this improve through treatment? My body has a very hard time adjusting to the extreme weather changes we experience, one day in the 80's the next 30 and snowing. We have had days where the weather shifts so quickly that we see pretty much every thing possible from tornado and hail, sunny, to snowing. No other way for me describe it other than my body freaks out with migraines, feeling more spacey, joint pain, cramping painful insides. Would love to know others experiences with weather and their symptoms and hoping this improves or resolves with treatment. Thanks!

Hey- I don't know that I  have this particular affect. I may to some smaller degree that I just haven't paid specific attention to. But it makes sense that if your body has to continually adust to weather and temp changes, it would be taxed even more. Think about how in the old days people used to go to the seashore to recover from consumption or whatever or go to a hot springs in some more moderate climate like California.  We went to an old Hot Springs in Calistoga on our belated honeymoon and I know it was really old and a place where people went to "take the water cure"

I feel like what I need is some huge long vacation (like a year) in a beautiful warm place.

Thanks Deir! Yes, had a conversation with Dr. M regarding this subject and believes many are affected by weather, but may not always be so aware of this. I and Dr. M definitely believe getting to a more stable climate may be beneficial. Wish I could move to some tropical island where it is always in the 80-90's. This would be heaven!!! When choosing vacation locations I will only go places that have tropical climates, probably because this is where I know I will be most likely feeling my best and can enjoy the trip more.
