deir, that is so awesome!  keep us posted on your show.  i'm glad you've made your "comeback". Break a leg!  I haven't really made a comeback yet, but am making stuff again (as a visual artist) and may get up the nerve to do a slide talk soon.  I work at a residency center for artists and the staff present their own work at the beginning of each residency session.  I haven't done it because I feel so removed from my old pre-IC artwork, but it might be good to help me get back in the game and reclaim some of that old identity.
