Ingredients

hamburger 3 clv
garlic 1⁄2
green peppers 1⁄2
red onionInstructions
After hamburger is cooked through, add in 2 cans of beef broth and 1 cup of uncooked brown rice. Then add in two tomatoes (diced) and 1/2 tsp basil. Cover and simmer for another 45-50 minutes (to cook rice).
