Ok so I have a pattern going on with my exercise routien. Anything more then just walking seems to make me up for the whole night. I start working out just after breakfist too so it's not like i am working out too late. I am not doing anything intirely vigorous. either so I just don't understand it. I can't sleep at all after i work out and I am feeling so fat and bloated I don't go out much so it's important i get some form of exercise.
Any of you get this
