hi ladies and the men out there too

I want to do a sunday chat but i have had a real problem sleeping. i haven't been able to sleep till between 5am and 7 am i have been in a  lot of pain and having lots of die off.
I can't chat untill about 1pm pst time I hope that is ok? Matia just changed my dose so hopefully i catch up and adjust my time. Last night i watched every hr pass by.
