Flares from stress?

Have any of you had flares from stress?  I am trying to figure out the pattern with my flares.  Today I had to watch my niece and nephews in addition to my own three children.  My kids are pretty good and my neice and nephews struggle with hitting and defiance.  I was so exhausted when they left and felt a flare coming on.  I ate perfectly today.  I am wondering if the anxiety and stressed caused it.

Matia once told me that stress goes to the weakest part of your body, so I would say that yes, stress can definitely cause problems. It's interesting for me to see how much calmer I have become over my years of treatment with Matia. I used to be stressed out most of the time, it takes a lot more for me to get worked up these days, I know it has something to do with not having so much yeast affecting my brain. I even get comments that I radiate an inner sense of calm - I am a totally different person that I was 4 years ago - Carol

at the next phone conference. I know that stress makes me feel worse. As I get better this isn't as bad as in the beginning. Tammy
