i wanted to kno how long do u stick with the herbs if ur flaring 24/7...
i havent even been on them a week and matia changed me 3 x cause i am in a continous flare...does anyone just suck it up?? which is the right thing to do?
right now i am on a drop of golden seal,megadophlus,and ultra 3 x a day....

Kristen, You might want to email one of the long term ICAMA members. They are usually really good about responding and giving advice. Because they are so far along in treatment, they often check the boards only weekly. Also, please pass on what you learn. This would be a great question at the next support meeting. I have also read that you can suggest blog ideas to Matia. This is a great topic!
