Hi Ladies I heard from Debbie today. She wanted to say she hasn't been able to hook up her internet connection I can't believe it. SO that is why she isn't on line. She also told me she hasn't been faithfully on the program. She sounded ok but she really wanted to hear from others who are doing better and who had come a long way not just mild cases. She is really in that doubtful place and needs some support. Even if you can't talk to her if we could get a thread going I can just print them out and mail them to her.I think it's nice to see some inspiring words to keep you reminded anyways. Now a phone call is always nice too. I didn't get that worried feeling this time when i talked to her that she was in a dark place still  not great but much better sounding to me then last time. Debbie thinks that all these crazy symtoms she is feeling has to be something other then IC so please write it if you have it. Thanks for all you help i know we IC sisters need to support eachother to keep strong.
