Hello to all!!
I have an annoucement to make...
I will be starting a journal of my journey to beat IC...
Here is link to my blog: http://beaticin56days.blogspot.com/
It all started this morning, while I was going through some old stuff and fell on a journal entry dating from April 9th 2009. Pretty much a year ago. You see, I don't journal enough -although I love writting. Perhaps it is just an attempt to avoid thinking about IC more than I have to.
Finding and reading what I wrote a year ago really opened my eyes. People, I AM doing much better. You know how everything moves at snail pace when you are in treatment? Well, to have the opportunity to look back like that, it was really encouraging!
Right now, I happen to have a lot of time on my hands. In other words, I am blessed with a time to focus on my health and creating more healthy habits. I would like to journal to keep myself on track.
Some of you might think that I am kidding myself.... but the goal is to do everything I possibly can to get well in 56 days. Absolutely Everything. In 56 days, we will see.
Personally, I believe that I can beat my IC in 56 days, but I have been in treatment since June of 2008. An after realising my progress, new life has ignited my motivation to reach optimal health. I am also a great believer in the power of my own mind, and I believet that this, along with Matia's treatment, is what will lead me to my goal.
The reason why I want to share this with the world is also because IC is very misunderstood and I wish that I can reach out for support during this time that will most probably have its challenges.
Anyway, all this to say, that you are very welcome to follow my journey and write to me along the way.
Hugs,
B

You can do it!
The mind/body connection is vastly underestimated. I know you can do it. Sending healing vibrations.
