Pain after exercise

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone had experienced a flare following exercise?  For the past year, I have been sticking to gentle exercise, such as yoga, walking and the occassional run. Recently, I felt well enough to re-join my rec league soccer team. Since playing a few days ago, I have been bloated and flaring, with muscle soreness and pain down my left leg.

Has anyone else experienced this? I trying to determine if the flare is from exercise, or something else.

Thanks in advance.

My resent round of IC started after (actually during) zumba class where I did a lot of shaking.
I am still not sure about yoga. While I think it gives me energy and relieves anxiety, sometimes I worry about some stretching pozes. I am not sure if stretching is good for injured bladder.
In gym, I do best with walking and Stairmaster (in moderation).
I would like to hear what others experience.

Yes I do.
It depends what sort of excercise,  I'm fine with walking, cycling etc over a long time.  Like I can go for a 4 hour walk or cycle & be fine but short bursts of intensive excercise like jogging can make me flare a bit the next day.  I believe intensive excercise can increase die off therefore bringing on a reaction.

I do crossfit pretty much everyday where we do intense short workouts that are different everyday. From deadlifts to push ups to runs to climbing ropes... and I have never flared from it to my knowledge. It actually is what keeps me sane through this whole process I think.
I guess everyone is going to be a little different though.

I am a dancer/choreographer and i love to exercise. One of my fears is that I will have to slow down. I've been feeling better and so I am able to tell if things are bothering me better. before it was pretty much consistant bad. I am dismayed to see that i am a little worse after my 2 recent dance classes. I am trying not to freak out about it since it doesn't last long at all. I really need to move my body as much as possible. I ffeel like I've lost so much other pleasure for now.

Deir, I hopt it gets better for you, it should! :)

I don't think I could handle crossfit at the moment. A lot of my coleages are doing it, I get scared just to listen to what they did last night in class. I should note that I don't know if I'd be doing it if I was healthy. But then... why not? May be one day.
