Ok, here I go again... :)

Doing some investigation on my own here and I thaught perhaps it might be some else that are interested in this as well. It is all linked to why we think we got IC!

I taught it might be intereting to see how many of us were dealing with other health issues BEFORE the IC hit us:

Here is my lists of health issues BEFORE IC:

- IBS, Diarreha kind and horrible cramps at times. Came 15 years before.

- Knee pain. Came 15 years before. Not major but enough that it caught my attention.

- Tinnitus (ringing in ears) Came 10 years before

- Vestibulitis (only hurting when having sex at the entrance of the vagina) Came 8 years before.

- Elbow pain. Not much at all, bit enough that it caught my attention. 8 yrs before.

- Right sided groin pain, that would hurt when stretching the leg out on the side. Came approx 8 years ago.

Anyone wants to share, please....?!

Has our body been out of balance long before we got IC?!

Thank you ladies!

I had before IC onset:

-Chronic constipation- 6 years before
-Awful period pain and PMS- since my teens (I'm 32 now)
-More urine frequency than normal people- always
-Lower back pain-10 years before
-Acne- 10 years before
-Candidiasis before period- 10 years before
-Rosacea- 6 years before
-Gut pain- 4 years before
-Tinnitus- 2 years before
-Food intolerances- 2 years before
-Extreme Fatigue and extreme drop weight- 2 years before

So IC strikes all of a sudden, but actually is creeping up from lots of imbalances all together. Damaged struggling gut and hormone imbalance... Call it IC or call it imbalance. IC is not just the bladder, the bladder is a collateral damage... In my case at least. My bladder got sick after the second UTI I've ever had in my life, the last nail in the coffin.

The only thing I suffered from before IC was heartburn. I have never had a UTI in my life. Kinda sucks how this can happen to anyone.
